Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Yonny Chirinos (forearm) is expected to miss roughly a month of playing time. Chirinos was placed on the 10-day disabled list on Tuesday and had an MRI taken on Thursday. That MRI showed a mild right flexor strain, so the Rays will shut down Chirinos for about a month. He's posting a 3.71 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, and 24/9 K/BB ratio in 26 2/3 innings this season. Fantasy owners can go ahead and drop Chirinos for someone else.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
