Saturday night's co-main event of UFC 284 will feature a pair of featherweights clashing for the division's vacant title. Yair Rodriguez (14-3) is now one step away from becoming another Mexican UFC champion when he faces off against Josh Emmett. Rodriguez earned this shot after finishing Brian Ortega in the first round of their matchup last July. A dangerous striker, six of Rodriguez's 14 career wins have come by knockout/TKO, with an additional six coming by decision. DraftKings sees him as the favorite to take the crown with a salary of $8,500. Throughout his UFC career (12 bouts), he averages 73.2 fantasy points per contest. Emmett is on a five-fight winning streak, with the last three coming by decision.--Matt Bricker

Yair Rodriguez suffered a third-round submission loss to Brian Ortega in the co-main event of UFC Mexico City. Rodriguez was coming off a lopsided TKO loss to Alexander Volkanovski for the featherweight title. Rodriguez dominated the first round outstriking Ortega 50-to-7 and it appeared he was close to finishing the American. However, Rodriguez struggled in round two and was quickly submitted in the third round to fall to 18-5 and one No Contest in the UFC. --Cole Shelton

Yair Rodriguez (18-4 and one No Contest) is set to rematch Brian Ortega in a five-round co-main event fight at UFC Mexico City on Saturday. Rodriguez scored a first-round stoppage over Ortega back in July 2022, in a fight the American suffered a shoulder injury. Rodriguez enters the rematch as the favorite as DraftKings has him at a salary of $8,500. In his UFC career, he's averaging 71.42 fantasy points per fight and has finished five of his 10 wins in the promotion. A win over Ortega could earn Rodriguez a title shot.--Cole Shelton

Unable to change his interim status to undisputed, Yair Rodriguez suffered a third-round TKO loss to champion Alexander Volkanovski in the main event of UFC 290 on Saturday. Rodriguez was only able to land 40 significant strikes (57 total strikes) while absorbing 149 total strikes in  14:19 of action. Rodriguez still has the potential to score big for fantasy managers, but he just ran into a rare-breed champion in Volkanovski.--Matt Bricker
