Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (ankle) was listed as a full participant in Tuesday's practice session, according to Jon Machota of The Athletic. Worthy was estimated as limited in Monday's walk-through, but was upgraded to full on Tuesday and should be all good to go for Kansas City's Week 13 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving. The second-year wideout recorded four catches for 59 yards on eight targets in the Chiefs' win over the Colts in Week 12, his most yards in a game since Week 4 against the Ravens. Worthy made one of the biggest plays of the game on the Chiefs' final drive to set up the game-winning field goal, beating his man deep for a 31-yard gain on a third down. He has a great matchup against the Cowboys in Week 13, where he will again rank in the WR3 range.--Kyle McCarthy
