7/10:New York Mets infielder Wilmer Flores has a knack for getting the big hit in walk-off victories, and on Monday against the Philadelphia Phillies he did it again to become the franchise’s all-time leader in base knocks of that variety. Mired in a 3-3 tie in the bottom of the 10th inning, Flores drilled a pinch-hit home run to give the Mets the win. It was Flores’ 10th career walk-off RBI, breaking a tie with third baseman David Wright for the most in Mets history. While Flores is certainly great in the clutch, he’s not an everyday fantasy option – but is a great DFS play when the Mets face a left-hander. Imagine how many walk-off RBI Flores could have if the Mets were actually in a position to win more games?--John Smith
