In practice, Byron ranked second in overall lap averages but only ranked among the top 10 fastest in five consecutive lap averages (seventh) in all other categories, showcasing how he likely has a better car on shorter runs. Byron's history at Martinsville and recent playoff momentum points to a strong run.
