Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen A Game-Time Decision On Saturday
According to Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio, Buffalo Sabres goaltender Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen (undisclosed) is a game-time decision for Saturday's contest against the Nashville Predators. Luukkonen was unable to suit up in their previous contest on Tuesday evening but may only be facing a one-game absence. Hamilton noted that the goaltender "looked good" during Friday's practice and will continue to be monitored leading up to Saturday's game. Prior to his injury, Luukkonen was riding a three-game winning streak. The 25-year-old held a 2.67 GAA with a .902 percent SV during this stretch. Over his previous seven contests, Luukkonen has carried a .903 percent SV with a 2.74 GAA. If he is able to play, Luukkonen is a viable option in DFS formats facing the Predators.
