Tyrell Williams 2018 Outlook: Poised For Bounce Back
6 years agoAfter a sophomore campaign that saw him haul in 69 catches for 1,059 yards and seven touchdowns, Tyrell Williams had a disappointing third year with only 43 catches, 728 yards and four touchdowns. A lot of that can be attributed to Keenan Allen being healthy all year, but Williams has to take some of the blame. 2018 has a chance to be a bounce back year for Williams, as he will fight with second year player Mike Williams for the team's number two receiver spot. With tight end Hunter Henry out for the season there is plenty of opportunity in this offense. This is one of the training camp battles fantasy drafters will want to monitor closely, as whoever emerges as the team's number two should have plenty of value. Tyrell Williams is worth a late-round pick at this stage in the event it is him.
