Baltimore Orioles outfielder Tyler O'Neill (soreness) remains out of the starting lineup ahead of Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Guardians. O'Neill will miss his second straight game while he deals with general soreness. Interim manager Tony Mansolino did mention that O'Neill is available off the bench during Wednesday's contest. He also mentioned that O'Neill is trending towards playing in Thursday's game. Jackson Holliday will serve as the designated hitter while Ramon Laureano plays right field on Wednesday.--Andy Webb
