Tyler Myers Injured After Collision With Marcus Foligno
7 years agoWinnipeg Jets defenseman Tyler Myers left Sunday night’s game with a lower-body injury. Game 3 did not go as the Jets drew it up in every sense of the word. On top of getting pummelled 6-2, losing Myers was the hardest blow the Jets faced Monday night. Myers had two goals and an assist in the series, including a goal and three shots on net in Game 3. At 6-foot-8, 229 pounds, Myers has the burst of speed and skill required to control the play and make zone entries while also using his size to hold off the offense. The Jets have yet to provide an update on Myers, but they are surely hoping to have him back in the lineup for Game 4.
