Every downfield pass-catcher on this team not named Terry McLaurin has routinely been the victim of an absolutely hapless offense with no visible hope of turning things around. Quinn has been a total non-factor for fantasy purposes all year, and his outlook only gets worse if Dwayne Haskins has to make a Week 9 start in place of Case Keenum (concussion).
