San Francisco 49ers left tackle Trent Williams (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. Williams has been receiving rest days for much of the season and his ankle has been bothering him for a while. However, the 49ers generally list Williams with his injury and as resting so his situation is worth monitoring moving forward. Williams is a rare non-skill position player that has a lot of fantasy relevance. Williams is simply a huge piece of the 49ers' offense. When he is in the lineup, both the running and passing games click. When Williams is forced to miss time, this offense tends to struggle mightily. Luckily, Williams has not missed a game this season and his appearance on the injury report could just be rest related once again. Williams also did not practice for all of last week and still played on Sunday. As such, fantasy managers will just need to check back throughout the week and see if there is any news out of San Francisco that suggests Williams will not be able to go this week.--Quincy Milton III - RotoBaller
