Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Tony DeAngelo has picked up a lower-body injury and won't be available for Tuesday's matchup against the Islanders. According to reports, he got injured last week in a game whilst blocking a shot. DeAngelo was able to play through the ailment Saturday versus the Islanders, but he now takes some time off. In all honesty, sitting out some action might actually benefit DeAngelo, because his form has been very disappointing. With Tuesday being Philadelphia's final outing of the month, DeAngelo finished November with only three points in 14 games. He has also posted an ugly minus-15 rating for the month. For the whole season, DeAngelo boasts 10 points in 22 games with a minus-12 rating. Egor Zamula will enter the lineup Tuesday and Ivan Provorov is expected to replace DeAngelo on the first power-play unit.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
