Tom Murphy Goes Hitless, Strikes Out Four Times
Seattle Mariners catcher Tom Murphy went hitless in Saturday's game against Cleveland, striking out four times out of the eighth spot in the lineup. After a brief hot streak, Murphy is back to his struggles, as he has a .608 OPS for the year and an even worse .561 OPS over the last seven days. With Cal Raleigh raking at Triple-A Tacoma, it seems only a matter of time before Murphy is supplanted as the starting catcher in Seattle. Fantasy managers should already have moved on.
