After a win during the fall and a T5 the prior year, Tom Kim looked like a great pick to open the season at the Sentry. Kim had a brutal week on the greens and tumbled down the leaderboard. Kim also comes off a T6 last season at the American Express and profiles as a solid play. However, this event is not one where any player can contend without a strong performance with their putter.
