Tom Hoge Makes For A Great Spot Start At Shriners Children's Open
2 months agoIt was a solid year for Tom Hoge in 2024, as the 35-year-old accumulated four top 10s and 12 top 25s en route to finishing T29th in the FedEx Cup race. That success was due in large part to impeccable iron play, ranking third on the PGA Tour in strokes gained on approach (+0.795). Which, also happens to be the biggest weapon to have at TPC Summerlin, as six of the top 10 in strokes gained on approach for the week made up six of the top eight on the leaderboard at this event last season. Hoge has shown a knack for this course with finishes of T4, T7, and T14 on his resume, and $11,500 on FanDuel, he makes a worthy start in DFS that is sure to garner plenty of attention this week.
