Tom Brady Notches New Milestone In Win
6 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady completed 20 of 31 passes for 283 yards and two touchdowns in the Patriots 27-13 win. Brady became the NFL"s all-time leader in total passing yards (regular season and playoffs combined), surpassing Peyton Manning and now has 79.416 passing yards in his career. Few things break Brady out of slumps quicker than throwing to his favorite target Rob Gronkowski and he connected with the tight end for a 34-yard touchdown. He later found Julian Edelman in the red zone for a catch-and-run 20-yard score. Brady's QB rating of 115.4 is his highest total in over a month and he has now eclipsed 3,000 yards passing for the 16th straight season. Brady and the Patriots will have a stiff challenge next week when they host the Vikings.
