Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups have been arrested as part of a pair of investigations related to illegal gambling, ESPN's Shams Charania reports. Rozier was arrested Thursday morning at a hotel in Orlando, Florida. Billups' arrest was made in Oregon and is part of a separate but related illegal gambling case linked to an illegal poker operation tied to the mafia. The Department of Justice will have a press conference at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday to provide further information about the arrests. Rozier didn't play in Miami's season opener on Wednesday against the Orlando Magic, while Billups' Trail Blazers suffered a 118-114 defeat on home court against the Minnesota Timberwolves.--Taavi Pailk
