On Monday, Anton Malmstrom, an NCAA free agent, was officially signed by the St. Louis Blues. The Swedish defenseman agreed to a two-year, entry-level contract valued at $1.9 million, with an annual salary of $910,000 in the NHL and $82,500 in the American Hockey League. Malmstrom played for Bowling Green for the past three seasons and recorded three goals and three assists in 33 games this year.
