Toronto Maple Leafs restricted free-agent right wing Mitchell Marner has agreed to a six-year, $65 million contract on Friday, according to a source. He becomes the second-highest paid winger in the NHL with a $10.893 million AAV. Only New York Rangers wing Artemi Panarin ($11.6 AAV) will be paid more. The 22-year-old Marner registered career highs with 26 goals, 68 assists and 94 points last season, finishing 11th in the NHL in scoring, and fifth among wings. Marner will once again be an early-round selection in fantasy pools in all formats heading into the 2019-20 season.--Daniel Dobish
