Sidney Crosby Extends Point Streak To Nine Games
2 years agoPittsburgh Penguins center Sidney Crosby stretched his point streak to nine games in Friday's 6-3 victory against Anaheim, finishing the contest with one assist, seven shots on goal and one block in 21:44 of ice time. He collected his assist on the team's final goal in the third period, which was scored by Jake Guentzel. The nine-game streak is the longest of the season for Crosby and he has amassed five goals and 12 assists during the run. The Penguins captain is nicely on track for his seventh 100-campaign, having put up 24 goals and 38 assists in 51 games so far.
