Seattle Kraken center Shane Wright aims to become a full-time NHLer in 2024-25. The fourth pick of the 2022 draft has been limited to only 16 appearances in two seasons since entering the league. Wright has had a tough time making an impact, notching just seven points (five goals, two assists). However, he finished last season on a high note, averaging a point per game in five April appearances, which has given him a belief that he can have a "prominent role" in the NHL. Wright's confidence is further boosted by the hiring of Dan Bylsma as the Kraken's new head coach. Playing under his guidance in the AHL, Wright logged 22 goals and 47 points in 59 games last season. He added 13 points (four goals, nine assists) in 12 playoff appearances.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
