Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Seth Jones enjoyed a second consecutive three-point night in Tuesday's matchup against Buffalo, playing a key role in a 4-3 overtime win. With the Blackhawks 3-1 down in the third period, Jones produced an assist and had two goals, pushing to game into overtime inside the final minute of regulation and providing the game-winner 2:24 into the extra frame. Jones joined Brent Burns and Scott Niedermayer as the third blue-liner in NHL history with double-digit overtime goals. The 28-year-old has mostly had a miserable campaign during which he has registered a minus-25 rating, but a run of nine points in six games is a sign that Jones has started to sort himself out. He has boosted his points total to 19 and has recorded 86 shots on goal in 32 games with 44 hits and 64 blocks.--Taavi Pailk
