Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Samuel Ersson (lower body) has been placed on Injured Reserve. The move is retroactive to Nov. 11 and will allow Philadelphia to add some defensive depth from the AHL after suffering a series of injuries. Ersson has been unavailable for two games and is expected to miss 1-2 weeks of action. He has re-aggravated a previous lower-body injury. Ivan Fedotov has taken over the crease, recording back-to-back wins. The Russian netminder had a really difficult start to the campaign but is now on a three-game winning streak, becoming a viable fantasy option until Ersson's return.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
