6/11:Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Sam Gaviglio has pitched well across his four Major League starts this season, well enough that he now deserves at least some streamer consideration against lower tier offenses. Hurling seven shutout innings against the New York Yankees will do that for a man. On Monday, he’ll be the benefactor of pitching against a decidedly less scary team, the Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays rank 25th in the Majors in runs scored, and their team OPS of .721 ranks 17th. In two of Gaviglio’s four starts, he hasn’t allowed any runs – with the other two being a three-run outing in Philadelphia and a four-run game against the Boston Red Sox. With a 2.51 ERA and 0.98 WHIP across 28 2/3 innings pitched this season, you could do a lot worse than Gaviglio if you need a streaming option Monday.--John Smith
