Sam Dyson Has Been Shut Down for the Season

Minnesota Twins relief pitcher Sam Dyson (biceps) has been shut down for the rest of the regular season. Dyson began feeling pain in his right biceps again, so the team will take the cautious approach. He's scheduled to see doctor Dr. Neal elAttrache in two weeks, so Dyson shouldn't take the mound again in 2019. He hasn't pitched since September 3, and was ineffective when he did take the mound. This shouldn't make too much of an impact on the Twins bullpen.
