Royce Lewis of the Minnesota Twins had another season impacted by injuries in 2025. In a career-high 106 games played, Lewis had 13 home runs, 12 stolen bases, a career-high 52 RBI, and posted a .237/.283/.388 slash line. The 26-year-old third baseman dealt with a left hamstring strain in March and then reinjured his hamstring in June, which contributed to his 89.8 Average EV (lowest since 2023) and 36.6 GB% (highest of his career). According to MLB.com's Matthew Leach, Lewis worked in the offseason with outside hitting coach Jeremy Eisenhower to improve his pre-swing preparation. He also worked on adjusting to a quieter batting stance to achieve more offensive consistency. ATC projections on RotoBaller forecast Lewis to have career-highs in home runs (18) and RBI (59), while posting a slash line of .242/.297/.418 in 470 plate appearances. NFBC players are drafting Lewis at an ADP of 191, while RotoBaller.com ranks him at No. 166 overall. Fantasy managers could find Lewis to be a respectable value pickup for the 2026 season since he has shown flashes of high-level production.
