Ross Stripling Sent to Disabled List, Dylan Floro Recalled
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Ross Stripling (toe) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list. The Dodgers recalled pitcher Dylan Floro to take Stripling's roster spot. Manager Dave Roberts said he expects Stripling to only be on the DL for 10-12 days. He has been pitching with a sore toe but also is approaching his career high in innings pitched. The trip to the DL is a chance to rest his toe and also limit his workload. Stripling, fresh off his first All-Star appearance, has a record of 8-3 to go along with a 2.68 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and 119 strikeouts in 104 innings pitched.
