Dallas Stars forward Roope Hintz will be sidelined for his team's matchup with the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday due to what is being classified as a lower-body injury. The 22-year-old could have suffered the injury during the third period of the Stars home game versus the Canadiens on Saturday, but he did not appear to miss a shift in the 4-1 victory. The team has not specified how Hintz sustained the issue. The second-year power forward had been off to an excellent start to the 2019-2020 campaign, leading the Stars in both goals (nine) and points (11) through 16 contests. Hintz had been averaging 16:10 of ice time while centering the team's second line and should be stashed in a designated injury spot until he returns. He's also listed as doubtful for the Stars next game versus the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
