2 weeks agoArizona Diamondbacks designated hitter Randal Grichuk (lower body) returned to the lineup Wednesday and went 2-for-4 with a double and a home run in the 9-4 win over the Rockies, recording an RBI and two runs scored in the contest. It was the third time the 33-year-old has homered in his last four games, going 7-for-12 (.583) with six extra-base hits, eight RBI, and five runs over that stretch. Both of his hits came off of left-handed starter Austin Gomber. Grichuk has excelled against LHP this season, slashing .314/.377/.526 against them (156 AB) versus .250/.284/.524 against RHP (84 AB).
