The Los Angeles Rams D/ST continues to be a must-start unit in most fantasy leagues ahead of Sunday's Week 13 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The Rams' defense ranks #2 in fantasy scoring this year, and now, they'll face a Panthers offense that has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing D/ST units in 2025. Carolina has 10 interceptions and seven lost fumbles this year, whereas Los Angeles has 12 interceptions and seven fumble recoveries. Los Angeles should have no trouble slowing down the Panthers both on the ground and through the air this weekend. The Rams D/ST ranks #3 in this week's RotoBaller fantasy rankings, and they have the upside to finish Week 13 in the #1 slot.--Andersen Pickard
