Dallas Stars defenseman Esa Lindell picked up two assists on Saturday as well as two hits and five penalty minutes. It was a rare sight to see Lindell in the sin bin for so long and was particularly fitting as it set a career high in penalty minutes in a season with 27 minutes. Lindell has been a steady producer in the peripheral categories, averaging 1.9 hits per game and 1.7 blocks per game, which has kept his value alive in deeper leagues and certain formats. He is not a player that you need to have on your roster, but if the secondary scoring on Dallas start to pick up, he would be in line for a nice bump in value. For now, he is a bargain daily option at best, but keep an eye on what Dallas does with the trade deadline approaching.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
