Los Angeles Kings center Phillip Danault broke an offensive slump with a huge performance in Sunday's 5-1 win over New Jersey, scoring his second career hat trick. The 31-year-old matched the points tally of his previous 11 appearances on Sunday. Danault, whose first career hat trick came five years ago, isn't a consistent performer on the attacking front, but he plays an effective game and has put together a solid season with the Kings. In 60 games, he's had 36 points (14 goals, 22 assists) with 128 shots and 61 hits.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
