5 years agoThe New Orleans Pelicans have signed EuroLeague power forward Nicolo Melli, who was the top scorer in the EuroLeague Finals for Fenerbahce this past season. With uncertainty around what the Pelicans will do up front this year beyond Zion Williamson, Melli is expected to provide some quality bench minutes as a stretch four for the team. He shot 38.5 percent from three last season, and his role with New Orleans could end up looking a lot like Nikola Mirotic's role with the team did before Mirotic was traded to Milwaukee. Melli's going to go late in fantasy drafts and will have a chance to provide a lot of value to fantasy owners who are willing to take a risk on him.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
