Detroit Red Wings right wing Patrick Kane (upper body) will remain out for a fifth consecutive game on Tuesday versus Boston. Red Wings head coach Derek Lalonde hopes to have him available again on Thursday when Detroit faces Ottawa. Kane started the season reasonably well but was stuck in an awful slump before exiting the lineup. Over his last nine appearances, the former MVP has added to his points tally just once. He has produced three goals and seven assists in 20 games for the season. With Kane out for another game, Tyler Motte will continue to skate on the second line.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
