New Jersey Devils left wing Ondrej Palat (illness) will not play in Wednesday's matchup against Boston. The Czech veteran is feeling under the weather and will come out of the lineup for the second time this season. With Palat out, Kurtis MacDermid will enter the lineup, while Paul Cotter will move to the first line. Cotter impressed with his play early in the campaign but has enjoyed very little offensive success over the last couple of months. The 25-year-old has tallied 10 goals and 16 points in 49 appearances this season.--Taavi Pailk
