Nolan Arenado Blasts 29th, 30th Home Runs
5 years agoColorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado went yard for the 29th and 30th time this season on Sunday. Arenado's first homer of the game was a solo shot in the opening frame, and he finished up with a two-run blast in the bottom of the eighth to give Colorado a short-term lead. It looks to be another standard season for Arenado as he's on pace to finish with 39 home runs, 120 RBI, 105 runs scored, and a .300 batting average. He'll also likely take the Gold Glove at third base once again. Arenado won't win the MVP, again, but he's one of the most productive and consistent players in the league today.
