Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Noah Hanifin (rest) will not be in the lineup on Tuesday against the Calgary Flames. Having played in all 80 games so far, Hanifin will take Tuesday night off to rest. The 28-year-old has been rock-solid throughout the campaign with Vegas, registering 39 points (10 goals, 29 assists), 145 shots, 106 blocks, and a plus-eight rating. With Alex Pietrangelo (undisclosed) remaining sidelined, Zach Whitecloud and Nicolas Hague (illness) will see increased usage in the Vegas defense. The latter is expected to return to the lineup on Tuesday after missing three games due to an illness.--Taavi Pailk
