New York Islanders defenseman Noah Dobson registered two points as the team stopped a six-game skid with a 3-1 victory over the Minnesota Wild on Friday night. Dobson helped Casey Cizikas to tie the game at one early in the second period and popped up with a power-play goal in the third. The 25-year-old now boasts five multi-point efforts since the start of last month. He has found a way to replicate some of the form he showcased last year during his 70-point campaign. This season, Dobson has recorded 37 points (nine goals, 28 assists) in 64 games. Additionally, he has tallied 111 blocks and 55 hits.--Taavi Pailk
