7 months agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Nick Vannett was the lucky recipient of Seattle's unpredictable offensive scheme this week as he was targeted eight times. Vannett hauled in six of the eight passes for 52 yards and his first touchdown of the season, and the eight targets nearly matched his total for the last three games combined. Vannett still isn't considered a strong target for fantasy players because he's usually a blocking tight end and Seattle has Ed Dickson on the roster now, but this goes to show that each week is a bit of a mystery with Seattle's offense. Unless Vannett puts up this kind of performance more often, he shouldn't be targeted by fantasy owners.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
