3 months agoToronto Maple Leafs winger Nick Robertson remains an unsigned restricted free agent with the preseason just around the corner, and he continues to want a move elsewhere. "He still would prefer a change of address," said TSN's Pierre LeBrun recently about Robertson. "But that has been slow going on that. Got a pretty powerful agent in Pat Brisson, but checking with a couple different people involved today, he's training back home and waiting for a resolution." Robertson requested a trade back on June 30. The 22-year-old has struggled to nail down a spot on the Maple Leafs team and suited up for only 56 games last season. He registered 14 goals and 27 points while averaging barely over 11 minutes of ice time.
