Jets Signing Veteran Wide Receiver Chris Hogan
4 years agoThe New York Jets are signing veteran wide receiver Chris Hogan to bolster their receiving corps. The 31-year-old Hogan spent last year with the Carolina Panthers after three years with the New England Patriots. 2019 was a rough year for Hogan, as he spent half the season on Injured Reserve after undergoing arthroscopic surgery due to a left knee injury. This year, he may have an opportunity to bounce back, as the Jets are desperately in need of receiver help with Robby Anderson now in Carolina. Breshad Perriman and Jamison Crowder figure to be quarterback Sam Darnold's top targets, which will leave Hogan to battle with rookie Denzel Mims and Braxton Berrios for next in the pecking order.
