Major League Baseball announced that former Los Angeles Angels and New York Mets general manager Billy Eppler has been placed on the ineligible list. This decision was a result of various infractions during Eppler's time with the Mets. Violations include improper use of injured list placements, deliberate fabrication of injuries, and submission of documentation to secure multiple improper injured list placements. Eppler's ban lasts through the 2024 World Series, at which point it will automatically be lifted. It remains to be seen whether he'll land another job in MLB or if this decision mars his resume too much.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerRead More News
