The rough road for middleweight Misha Cirkunov continued on Saturday, and he has now dropped three fights in a row and six of his last eight in the UFC after suffering a second-round submission defeat at the hands of the previously struggling Wellington Turman. In 6:29 of action, Cirkunov out-struck Turman by landing 30 significant strikes (50 total strikes) compared to the 15 significant strikes of Turman. Cirkunov was able to hurt Turman a few times with his striking, but he could not get the finish. As we have stated, this is a very rough ride currently for Cirkunov, and he could be out of the UFC after his latest performance.--Matt Bricker
