Dallas Stars defenseman Miro Heiskanen (knee) could miss the opening round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Heiskanen underwent knee surgery in early February and is still several weeks away from a potential return. Bruce LeVine of the Dallas Stars noted that Heiskanen is working out in the gym but not on the ice. Before his injury, Heiskanen tallied 25 points (five goals) across 50 contests. During this stretch, the 25-year-old tallied 108 shots on goal, 17 hits, and 85 blocked shots. While Heiskanen has been sidelined, Thomas Harley has moved up the depth chart and played on the top defensive pairing and power-play unit. Harley has filled in quite well, and tallied 15 points (five goals) over his last 15 contests. Fantasy managers should continue to view Harley as a top defenseman in all formats, given his scoring upside.--Andy Smith
