Miles Sanders Receives Only Two Carries In Week 8

Carolina Panthers running back Miles Sanders carried the ball twice for no yards and was not targeted in the passing game in a 15-13 win over the Houston Texans in Week 8. Sanders, who missed his team's previous game with a shoulder injury, seemed to be healthy in Week 8 but he wound up working behind both Chuba Hubbard and Raheem Blackshear in Carolina's first win of the season. Sanders appears to have lost his starting role in Carolina and is safe to send to waivers ahead of a Week 9 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
