1 month agoThe Los Angeles Chargers aren't a great football team this season, but it's hardly the fault of wide receiver Mike Williams. Williams put up another strong day with 71 receiving yards and a touchdown on Sunday, but LA got blasted by the Minnesota Vikings. Williams' score was the only touchdown of the day for the Chargers, who committed seven turnovers in the loss. Williams is now at 912 receiving yards on the season, and he'll likely eclipse the 1,000-yard notch before the season is out, joining teammate Keenan Allen in the club. The third-year wideout has proven this season that he can be a superstar in this league, though he's also reinforced that superstar wide receivers don't necessarily translate to team success at the same time.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
