Mike Conley Struggles With Shot Against The Wizards
6 years agoMemphis Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley couldn't find the range against the Washington Wizards on Tuesday night. He struggled with his shot, to the tune of 6-for-18 shooting and 2-of-8 from three-point range. Conley did a decent job contributing in other areas though, with seven assists, three rebounds, one steal, and one block, in 35 minutes. After an injury-riddled 2017-18 campaign, it looks like Conley is back on track. In his first six games, he is averaging 19.0 points and 6.7 assists-per-game. The only thing Conley is struggling with right now is his field-goal percentage, he’s shooting just 38.1 percent from the floor this season. But his contributions across the board more than make up for the poor shooting. Conley will look to get his shooting back on track against the Utah Jazz on Friday night.
