Max Kepler Goes Yard Three Times
6 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler hit three home runs off Trevor Bauer on Thursday. He added a single and walk to go 4-for-4 in the Twins win over the Indians. Kepler showed a glimpse of pop last year hitting 20 homers in 156 games but left something to be desired in his .224 batting average. He now has 15 home runs and a triple slash of .266/.337/.542 in only 54 games batting leadoff for one of the hottest offenses in baseball. If he's still available, he's a must add. He should also be used in daily games against righties, who he has taken deep 13 out of his 15 times this season.
