Buffalo Sabres defenseman Mattias Samuelsson (lower body) was limited to 6:49 of ice time in Monday's 7-5 loss to Montreal. He was back in the lineup after sitting out three games as a healthy scratch, but unfortunately, Samuelsson's day at the office was very brief. The Swedish rearguard has managed one goal, 15 shots, 14 blocks, and 23 hits in 13 appearances this season.
