New York Islanders center Mathew Barzal scored his first two goals of the campaign in Saturday's 5-2 defeat to Dallas. He gave the team two leads in the second period, netting his second goal on the power play, but the Stars were too strong in the end. Barzal has been off form in front of goal, but he can't really complain about how his season is going, with the 25-year-old averaging over a point per game. His 19 assists before his first goal in a season were the fourth most by a forward in league history. Nathan MacKinnon (21) and Leon Draisaitl (20) are the only players in the league this season with more helpers than him.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
